Payments
We use PayPal to process all of our online transactions. This allows you to pay with a major credit card or through your checking account. This method is very secure for you because we never have access to or see your banking information. You do not need PayPal account to use your credit card via PayPal - just click the payment button and you can choose the option to pay with your credit card or debit debit card without signing up for an account.
If you live in North Carolina, the state requires that we add sales tax to your transaction.

Shipping
Most shipments are mailed within 1-3 working business days. If you should need us to expedite your order, let us know. An additional fee may apply to 'Rush' an order. If an additional fee will apply you will be notified of and accept the additional Rush fee before the order is processed. If there is a delay for some unforeseen reason, we will email you immediately to notify you of both the delay and the actual shipment.
Please double check your shipping address, we always ship to the exact name & address on your payment information. If you would like your package shipped to a different address you must convey the desired shipping address to us through email immediately after payment.
Domestic Shipping
Packages within the U.S. are sent First Class with delivery confirmation. Insurance is also available at your request. If insurance is not purchased, we cannot be responsible for the package once it leaves my studio. If something unfortunate should happen, we will do our best to make things right. If you would like USPS Priority or prefer another method of shipment, please contact me prior to paying. Please wait for a revised invoice after your purchase if you wish to add insurance.

The receiving country may levy customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds & Exchanges
We stand behind all of our work. While all of pieces are carefully hand-crafted it might be possible for a crimp to come loose or a clasp to break. In the event this occurs during the first year, due to a problem with the workmanship, we will repair it free of charge. If the item breaks due to other reasons, we will do our best to restore the item and will notify you of the charges to restore it. We will do our best to restore the item to it’s original condition, but if the original materials are not available, it may be necessary to substitute some of the materials when repairing the item.
Regardless of the reason for repair, please contact Just Beautiful Designs for a return authorization. Once you receive the return authorization, please return the item to Just Beautiful Designs along with your return authorization and a copy of your original sales receipt and we will do our best to restore the item to it's original condition.
All items can only be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt of the package, per delivery confirmation.
If your item does not fit properly, please note that we will re-size any piece of jewelry for free within 30 days from date of purchase, minus shipping charges.
Please contact usbefore returning an item to obtain a return authorization. We will be happy to accept unworn merchandise for an exchange or refund with a return authorization within 14 days of purchase. Returned items should arrive in new, unworn condition in the original packaging. Refunds will be given once the product is received; however, shipping charges will not be refunded. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of custom orders, used or damaged items, or sale/clearance items. Please note that shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
